Refund Policy
We strive to ensure 100% satisfaction. However, refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered within the agreed timeline and no prior extension approval was obtained from the client.
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
Refunds will not be provided if: The manuscript has already been processed, published, or assigned a DOI. Delays are due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the author/client.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
