Welcome to Spout Publication To ensure a smooth publication process and maintain the highest quality of content, we kindly ask all authors to adhere to the following guidelines when preparing their manuscripts for book and chapter submissions.
1. General Guidelines
Originality: All submissions must be original works and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Language: Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. Consider professional editing if necessary.
Plagiarism: Proper citations must be provided for all referenced works. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.
2. Manuscript Preparation
Structure
Title Page: Should include the title of the chapter/book, author names, affiliations, and contact information.
Abstract: A concise summary (150-250 words) outlining the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: 4-6 relevant keywords to aid in indexing and search.
Main Text: Organized into sections and subsections with clear headings.
References: Should follow [Specified Citation Style, e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago].
Formatting
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size.
Spacing: Double-spaced throughout, including references.
Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides.
Page Numbers: Bottom center of each page.
Headings: Use a consistent hierarchy (e.g., bold for main headings, italics for subheadings).
Tables and Figures
Placement: Insert tables and figures within the text close to where they are first cited.
Numbering: Sequentially numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
Captions: Provide clear and descriptive captions above tables and below figures.
3. Submission Process
File Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Supplementary Materials: Any additional files (e.g., datasets, appendices) should be clearly labeled and referenced in the text.
Cover Letter: Include a brief cover letter stating the significance of your work and its fit within the publication.
4. After Submission
Peer Review: All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Authors may be asked to make revisions based on reviewer feedback.
Proofreading: Before final publication, authors will receive proofs for review. Prompt return of corrected proofs is essential.
Copyright Agreement: Authors must sign a copyright transfer agreement upon acceptance.

Research Ethics: Ensure all studies involving human or animal subjects adhere to ethical standards and have appropriate approvals.
