ROYALTY POLICY<\/h2><\/div>

At Sprout Publication, we believe that authors should receive a fair and transparent share from the direct sales of their published books. Our royalty policy is designed to provide clarity regarding royalty eligibility, calculation, and payment<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

1. Royalty Rate<\/strong>
\nAuthors are eligible to receive a 30% royalty<\/strong> on eligible book sales made directly through Sprout Publication.The royalty is calculated on the applicable sale\/realized value of the book, subject to the terms and conditions of the publishing agreement.<\/p>\n

2. Sales Eligible for Royalty<\/strong>
\nThe 30% royalty<\/strong> applies only to books sold directly by Sprout Publication, including orders received through the publisher’s direct sales channels.
\nExamples of eligible sales may include:<\/strong>
\ni) Direct orders placed with Sprout Publication
\nii) Institutional or academic orders processed directly by Sprout Publication
\niii) Bulk orders fulfilled directly by Sprout Publication<\/p>\n

3. Amazon and Flipkart Sales<\/strong>
\nRoyalty is not applicable to sales made through Amazon, Flipkart, or other third-party online marketplaces.
\nSales through such platforms are subject to their respective marketplace fees, commissions, discounts, logistics charges, taxes, and other applicable deductions. Therefore, these sales are excluded from the 30% royalty<\/strong> calculation under this policy.<\/p>\n

4. Royalty Calculation<\/strong>
\nFor eligible direct sales, royalty will be calculated at the rate of 30%<\/strong>, based on the applicable royalty calculation basis stated in the author’s publishing agreement.
\nAny applicable taxes, refunds, cancellations, discounts, or other agreed deductions may be considered while determining the final royalty amount.<\/p>\n

5. Royalty Statement<\/strong>
\nAuthors may be provided with a royalty statement containing relevant sales and royalty information for eligible direct sales.
\nThe statement may include:<\/strong>
\ni) Number of eligible books sold
\nii) Applicable sale value
\niii) Royalty rate
\niv) Royalty amount payable
\nv) Applicable deductions, if any<\/p>\n

6. Royalty Payment<\/strong>
\nRoyalty payments will be made according to the payment schedule and terms specified in the respective Publishing Agreement.
\nAuthors are required to provide accurate bank\/payment details to facilitate royalty payments.<\/p>\n

7. Non-Eligible Sales<\/strong>
\nNo royalty will be payable on:<\/strong>
\ni) Amazon sales
\nii) Flipkart sales
\niii) Sales through other third-party marketplaces
\niv) Complimentary or promotional copies
\nv) Damaged, returned, cancelled, or refunded orders
\nvi) Copies supplied free of charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing<\/p>\n

8. Transparency and Author Agreement<\/strong>
\nThe royalty terms applicable to each publication will be governed by the Publishing Agreement signed between the author and Sprout Publication.
\nIn case of any discrepancy, the terms and conditions stated in the signed Publishing Agreement shall prevail.<\/p>\n

9. Important Note<\/strong>
\nRoyalty eligibility, calculation methodology, payment schedule, and other applicable terms may vary depending on the publishing arrangement. Authors are advised to carefully review their Publishing Agreement before publication.<\/p>\n<\/div>
