Return Policy

At Sprout Publications, we specialize in academic publishing and digital services. Since our work involves customized editorial, review, and publishing processes, physical product returns are generally not applicable. However, we have set out the following guidelines to ensure transparency:

Non-Returnable Services: All digital products and services (e.g., manuscript review, editing, DOI assignment, indexing support, online publication) are non-returnable once the service has commenced.

Exceptions Where Return Requests May Be Considered: A physical product (e.g., printed journal copies, certificates) is damaged during shipping. The delivered product is not as described in the confirmed order.

Reporting Timeframe: For physical goods, clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos) of the issue. Delays in reporting beyond this period may result in rejection of the return request.
