Abstract
The Reproductive System-II encompasses the intricate processes of fertilization, spermatogenesis, oogenesis, pregnancy, and parturition. Fertilization marks the union of sperm and egg, initiating the development of a new organism. Spermatogenesis and oogenesis are the respective processes of sperm and egg production, ensuring the availability of viable gametes. Pregnancy is the period of embryonic and fetal development within the mother’s womb, culminating in parturition, the process of childbirth. These processes are tightly regulated by hormonal and physiological mechanisms, playing a crucial role in human reproduction and the continuation of species.
Keywords: Fertilization, Spermatogenesis, Oogenesis, Pregnancy, Parturition, Gametes.
